Serviced offices are perfect for the small to medium enterprises (SMEs) as they are generally fare more cost effective and flexible in terms of their rental agreements as opposed to non-serviced leased premises.

Most serviced offices include internet and telecommunication facilities as standard and most allow for the sharing of other business machines, such as photocopiers, fax machines etc..

Professional reception areas are standard with most serviced offices.  Many will also provide meeting rooms and conference rooms.  Nearly all will have security on site.

If your business grows and you find yourself without enough office space, serviced offices are often able to allocate more space on demand or within a very short notice period.  

Generally, most serviced offices are available under reasonably priced, short term rental agreements. So there's little in the way of commitment, unlike costly and lengthy leases often associated with non-serviced offices.

If you are a large size business, or a business with very specific office space requirements, or are an SME in need of a more private office environment, then perhaps you may consider looking at a conventional non-serviced office instead.
