Serviced offices are perfect for the small to medium enterprises (SMEs) as they are generally fare more cost effective and flexible in terms of their rental agreements as opposed to non-serviced leased premises. Many believe in the luxury of home working but as often the case, this can cause other implications that will affect your business.
